Privacy Policy
How I collect, use and protect your personal data.
Who is responsible for your data
Robb Falls, trading as Robb Falls Child Behaviour Consultancy and based in Northern Ireland, UK, is responsible for your personal data. Contact: robb@robbfalls.com.
What I collect
I collect your name and email, your booking answers, and the information you share about your child, such as their first name, age and behaviour concerns. I only collect this about children from their parents or guardians, never from children directly.
Payments are processed by Stripe, and I never see or store your card details.
How I use it
I use your information to deliver your session and written plan, to provide support, and, if you join one of my email lists, to send you behaviour tools and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who else handles it
To do this I use trusted providers: Calendly for booking, Stripe for payments, AWeber for email lists, Notion and Google for client records and files, and Netlify and Carrd for hosting.
Some of these store data outside the UK, including in the US, and I only use providers that protect it to a UK GDPR standard. I do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long I keep it
I keep client records for 3 years after our last contact, then delete them. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how I use it, at any time by emailing robb@robbfalls.com.
If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
I use Cloudflare's privacy friendly visit counting, which sets no tracking cookies. Calendly, Stripe and AWeber may set their own cookies when you use them, under their own policies. I do not run advertising pixels.
